Dr Novak was the perfect fit for me. I had seen a couple gynecologists before him who knew of my very large fibroid and refused to do surgery, and instead pushed birth control and other methods on me which only made me very sick and worsened my condition. The day I saw him for the first time, within minutes he told me he would absolutely do the surgery for me because I clearly needed it. Doctor Buitenhuis later around 40 minutes, after that I feel like she haven’t got time for me and rushing. when I try to explain what’s going on she every time trying to run away and respond very rude to me like she don’t understand what kind of pain I mean… literally said ” what what pain?I don’t understand. Pain, OK and what? “ - I just speechless how doctor can speak like that don’t even try to hear.
Dr Novak was amazing, caring and professional for my hysterectomy surgery. I highly recommend his care!
Dr Novak diagnosed me with fibroids and he worked with me until I had no option left. I needed a hysterectomy. He was going to perform a partial but I asked for a complete so that I wouldn't need to have further surgeries if required. I was thinking of this as more preventative step. Dr Novak is Very Professional, understanding, and most of all he listens! Never have I had a doctor be as Thorough to find answers! Not once did he overlooked a Concern I had or brush it off.
