I’ve had this ring for years but lost the centre stone many months ago. It was also bent and dulled by wear and tear over time. I brought three watches in for battery replacement.. The woman scratched two out of three of my watches.. One was not yet worn.I understand the process of battery replacement for a watch is tedious. However, they should be more careful. I dropped the watches off on a Saturday with 30 minutes left till close..
