Treatment center that refused to treat me. I got no showed by the doctor and played phone tag with "Ms Lilly" for 3 weeks. After calling lilly I called her colleague who then transferred me over. Funny how she could pick up then. When I was explaining my schedule and why the times wouldn't work for me Lily continued talking over me and then proceeded to hang up on me. This place is ridiculous. They expect you to come multiple times a week and do group and individual counseling weekly. I suffer from severe anxiety and they think that it's some they can treat with basically a Benadryl! Which, ironically is on their do not use list. All they care about are billable hours. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else. Pavana treatment is a great place. Also, ICGH staff are rude and Andrew, the office manager in Lincolnton was clearly on drugs and very unprofessional.
