I am absolutely mortified. I feel hopeless knowing that writing a review cant do much but maybe it will save some of you guys the energy and tears of going there. I am an African woman that stopped by this shop with my 4 year old daughter while we were out in Laguna Beach. My daughter did not find anything she was interested in, so as we were walking towards the door I heard her call us a racial slur under her breath. This shop had terrible service. It was horrendous. I was shocked to be so disrespected by such an elderly lady. The shop was overpriced and such cheap quality and material. The lady there was awful and had such a gross personality. she was rolling her eyes right off the bat. She seems like such a grumpy old lady that might aswell quit her job if she hates it this much.
Would give -5 stars. The lady is extremely rude
