Rudi is wonderfully incredible! We had an emergency..a gas leak! He cared enough for our safety to fit us in right away. His prices are fair. He is honest and a bonus..he has a great sense of humor. He explained everything to us, was very patient with us too. Even though we live four hours away..we are hoping we can get to Ashland again so he can work on our car again. Heckuva nice guy, Rudi. Did great work on my 2014 Honda, did it quickly, and didn't charge an arm and a leg.
If I could leave more stars I would. My car broke down on a weekend road trip which was incredibly stressful. Rudi went above and beyond to make sure I could get back home safely. He was honest, flexible and fair. Highly recommend.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS GUY! He hails himself the "best mechanic for the best price" in town....... Maybe in his day? I didn't even get what I paid for. Much the opposite!! 3 days After taking it to him for a routine radiator flush and differential service, on my way back from Medford, my car's Emergency light was flashing, temp gauge all the way up, and steam escaping, soon after my car stopped dead.
