Most amazing service
Relay, Rudi’s auto service charged me $800 for a starter relay and stripped wires, so I have to hot wire car to start car and the $800 for labor costs and didn’t even fix car. Stated the labor cost was to remove the alternator and charge it and you even don’t charge alternators and it was a brand new alternator, so nothing was even fixed.
Rudi is wonderfully incredible! We had an emergency..a gas leak! He cared enough for our safety to fit us in right away. His prices are fair. He is honest and a bonus..he has a great sense of humor. He explained everything to us, was very patient with us too. Even though we live four hours away..we are hoping we can get to Ashland again so he can work on our car again. Heckuva nice guy, Rudi. Did great work on my 2014 Honda, did it quickly, and didn't charge an arm and a leg.
If I could leave more stars I would. My car broke down on a weekend road trip which was incredibly stressful. Rudi went above and beyond to make sure I could get back home safely. He was honest, flexible and fair. Highly recommend.
