Andre was great! He explained our problems that we were having and his recommendations for repairs. He repaired our pool situation and recommended that we get better power down in that area, by the pool. We are planning on having them do that in the spring. He also fixed the power to our lamppost in the front of the house. I am definitely going to be using Rudin for all of my electrical needs in the future. I had a gfci outlet issue and called Rudin at 7:50am. I received a call back at 8:00am, and a Andre was at my house at 9:00am. He listened to my description of the issue, performed the diagnostics, gave me a price for repair and an update. He went to work and was done by 10am. Professional, prompt, courteous, polite, and solid work, at a reasonable price. It doesnt get any better than that! Will recommend Rudin, and Andre, to anyone needing electrical work!
Andre communicated with me the whole process from quote to finish. He arrived early and worked thru one of the hottest days of the year so far. Finished up and advised me of some additional equipment that I should consider purchasing for safety. I am very pleased with this job!
