Very fine and professional agents "Top Shelf" is the best way to describe them. You would think they are going with as they go over your itinerary. So knowledgeable. My trip to Scotland was one of the best trips I have ever taken. They handled my transportation there and back. Set up sightseeing. They just knew the best agents. The best restaurants, and the finest hotels. Even stayed at a castle 🏰 for a few nights.

I stopped in to this travel agent as I wanted to purchase a ticket for a trip to Europe, Africa and the Indian Ocean. Without learning anything about me they dismissed me stating that they ONLY work with established clients. I was so surprised to be turned away since they knew nothing about me that I re-asked my question. It was again clarified they weren't interested in working with me so I asked for a referral.
