this is late but i have never sup paddleboarded in my life before i went and they explained everything so well and i ended up duoing a headstand on the board! so much fun. a Virginia Beach MUST DO!

I would like to thank Nancy and Randy for a great time. It was Tracy and my first time doing the stand-up paddle board. We will be back soon for round two.
This was by far one of the funnest experiences in my life. I was extremely nervouse but Randy and Scott are awesome. They are great teachers and made you feel very comfortable and put you at ease. Such a great experience. I will definitely do this again!
Randy and Nancy are the best! If I could give them 6 stars I would! Nancy was a great instructor and tour guide. Can't wait to go again on our next visit!

We all went for our first time today and had a great time! Total body workout, great instructors, and we even saw a bald eagle! Our next purchase will be paddle boards for our lake house! Thanks guys!
