Randy is absolutely fabulous! He is a wonderful teacher and made me feel completely at ease. I never imagined I would be doing yoga poses on a SUP or standing up at all! If I could give him 10 stars I would! Thank you for a memorable and positive experience!!!!!

What a beautiful day we had with Randy. It's refreshing to see someone who loves what they do and can share that love with others. Randy gave us a quick lesson and we were off. He was very knowledgeable about the area and had great stories. We had a wonderful time and will be back!

This was our first time going paddle boarding & we had a BLAST! Randy is a funny, knowledgeable & a great instructor, “Bend & Snap”. I love all the bits of information about nature & the area he shared with us as we paddled around. When we stopped to do some yoga he was like our personal ‘hype guy’ encouraging us & celebrating with us when we did something. We can wait to go again!!!
Exceptional time on the water this morning with Randy. Great pace for everyone, Randy switch between CHALLENGING FUN and RELAXING as he encourages everyone to flex their skill and reach the next level. The bit of yoga along with sights of magnificent bold eagles made this outing super fun and memorable.
Randy is a wonderful sup guide and instructor, you will be a paddle board pro within minutes of getting on the board. Couple paddling with yoga and a gorgeous sunset over Virginia Beach! So much fun, lots of laughs and an adventure to remember.
