"Smoker Jim" Ruddell has been perfecting his uniquely delicious smoked foods since 1980.The fish is straight from local docks – literally right off the boat, and he uses only the freshest meats and poultry. I always make a stop at Ruddell's every time I'm in the neighborhood they are the best tacos I have had!
