I only had to wait a couple days for an appointment to get my car fixed and they went above and beyond and installed my headlight bulbs and fog light bulbs when they were doing the work on my car and didn't charge me any extra for that. Customer service was great also
Elijah attempted to make it right. My son had purchased a new truck from Ruddell, it is unfortunate that shortly after he lost his life. Talked with the Sales manager Elijah to do what was right. Made a deal with Elijah, left to retrieve the truck within 25 minutes returned only to find out he had left left work for the day. This distraught Momma is Sorry, not Sorry.
