I’ve had to get answers from Mgmt as a broker and typical Mgmt people either don’t answer their phones ever or take a week to send you an email. Annaise always gets back to me and puts it in writing . Refreshing !! Thanks

Fraudulent company. Do not work with Anneise, and do not work with any building managed by the individuals at Rudd Realty (such as 333 East 66 St). They wasted our time purchasing a coop for approximately half a year. They were incredibly irresponsive throughout the entire process. Anneise had to be emailed and called constantly because she was usually away “on vacation”…for 6 months? She did nothing. Save your time and find a trustworthy management company.

Terrible process from start to finish in a Rudd Realty owned building. Dishonest and unprofessional organization. The board was slow to respond to me after completing documents and forms that they requested in email or via the board-packager website. When I finally had my board interview after 5 months since my offer was accepted by the sellers, the board president Ellyn told me I would hear back regarding a decision the following day.
