Fraudulent company. Do not work with Anneise, and do not work with any building managed by the individuals at Rudd Realty (such as 333 East 66 St). They wasted our time purchasing a coop for approximately half a year. They were incredibly irresponsive throughout the entire process. Anneise had to be emailed and called constantly because she was usually away “on vacation”…for 6 months? She did nothing. Save your time and find a trustworthy management company.
