Totally impressed by the quality and timeliness of services provided by Rudd. Their technicians were very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained everything that needed to be done. We were referred to Rudd by another plumber to take care of a big emergency water leak from our upstairs toilet. Every contact with Rudd was terrific, from the lady who took my after-hours call to the follow-up office calls to the truly excellent plumbing service provided by Adam. He quickly diagnosed the problem and how to fix it and advised us how to remediate an ongoing mold problem. Plus Rudd gave us a military discount on the work! Amazing service. Highly recommend!.

I was impressed when the RUDD representative arrived on time, neatly dressed in uniform. His product knowledge was extensive and his demeanor was very friendly. He didn't appear to be selling a product as much as passing on information that allowed me to make my decision.
