Placed a call on Wednesday morning for an appointment for estimate for plumbing for a new bathroom. I was given an appt. with a window of 1-3pm Friday. Friday received a call at 1:30pm and told they do not do this work. Can not quite figure out what changed between Wednesday and Friday but in my estimatiom not a very reliable company. And not to mention we used this company 4 years ago to do a new 2nd floor bathroom. What kind of plumber does not do plumbing for bathrooms? Great combo of Steve the owner and Wilson the plumber! Have used their services for a number of years and situations & have never been disappointed. Found a leak in the middle of the night last night & Steve called me promptly first thing in the a.m. Wilson then worked his usual magic & all is now well. Wilson has always been friendly and answers all my questions etc & always makes me feel the job is done right. Always my plumbing go-to team.
We needed our backflow device tested ASAP as it was overdue. I called and they were at my house so quickly! They completed the testing promptly and called the water district immediately - no interruption to our water service! 10/10.
I had an issue with my electric water heater and after a bad experience with another company that never came out and immediately pushed a full system replacement, I contacted Rudco Plumbing & Heating. Rudco actually showed up, inspected the water heater in person, and took the time to explain exactly which parts needed to be replaced. They fixed the issue without trying to upsell me on a whole new system.
