I can’t speak highly enough about my experience buying a pre-owned RAV 4, and trading in my Highlander, at Ruda. JJ was helpful by phone, and then I worked with Tony when I got to the dealership. We were ready to order a new 2024 RAV4 with OUR chosen options in the fall of 2023 but were told they could not order this through the ruda dealership, so we must take what's on the lot . Wait a minute, I said, reminding that we are the customers and NOT the other way around.
