I had a very positive, professional and efficient experience working with the team at LeadCar Toyota Monroe. Aaron was kind, responsive and thorough with follow-ups on all questions I had; making me feel confident in our family's purchase of the elusive Grand Highlander XLE! Tony, Tracy and Ashley via phone consult, made our perfect encounter complete!
I was just visiting Lead Toyota recently and stopped to chat with Aaron in the showroom. He was telling me about the new SUV’s coming out for 2027. He pointed out the changes and new features that I had no clue about. He was so knowledgeable and helpful. I ended up ordering a new vehicle. If you ever have questions, concerns or just want to know what’s happening in the car world, stop in to Lead Toyota Chevrolet in Monroe and ask for Aaron.
I cannot recommend this dealership highly enough! We returned to purchase our second new Toyota from Ruda and had another great experience. The Grand Highlander we wanted was extremely difficult to get, but with Aaron and Ashley’s persistence it was found and purchased for a very fair price. Customer service and communication was 5/5 throughout the process, and there was no sales pressure at any point. Thank you Aaron, Ashley, and Bill for everything you did to make it happen. We love our new car!
Aaron and Ashely did a phenomenal job finding the vehicle I was looking for with the exact features I wanted! Highly recommend them!
A great experience working with the team at Leadcar (formerly Ruda). My wife and I were looking for a high-demand RAV4 and our salesperson, Aaron Newton, did a fantastic job of pursuing it until he made it happen. Couldn't be happier with their friendly and helpful staff. Shout-out to Ashley for taking us through the important features when we picked it up. Highly recommend!
