Very unprofessional when speaking to the family. Director paid his bills on speaker phone during memorial.
You should always get a second opinion, just cause your family has done business with them in the past doesn’t mean there in your best interest. Michael to me is not a honest, smiles when you pay him, and forgets to appreciate your business. I would never do business with them ever again.
This was the first time Rucker's did a service for four and they knocked it out the park. Thank you Michael W. Your professionalism is immeasurable . Thank you for honoring and laying #MyBabies to rest with the utmost respect; very elegant and classy. Thank you.
