Called this a.m. and was immediately told no openings today. Tried to explain my tooth pain. Couldn't even discuss another day, interrupted me before even done talking Or options I wanted to ask. Rude receptionist, very short. In a emergency would of been nice to even suggest on a list for possible cancelation today or tomorrow. Others have worked with me on a cancellation list. Will never refer this place to anyone. Let's be real tooth pain is no fun. Sometimes compassion might of went along way.
Dr Rucinski is a top-notch dentist, with a pretty good sense of humor. What I like is, he gets in there gets it done and you're out the door. Doesn't try to sell you anything that you don't need. (I've been going to dentists for 57 years). The staff is very professional and doesn't waste your time.
I just love all the girls and Dr Rucinski. Always so nice!
Very nice experience with them. Looking forward to seeing them again..😁
