Ms. Kapani is a neighbor of mine at Lifestyle condominiums in Herndon. I have known her and her son for 5 years, and she is a wonderful neighbor. She has helped me on many projects in the community and has helped to sell and rent homes in the neighborhood. Recently she had a successful open house in the complex for a 3 bedroom 2 bath which brought many multiple offers for the seller and helped sell her home for top dollar in our neighborhood.
