I am absolutely amazed with my recent initial visit with Dr. Jain. I had given up all hope of improvement. Dr. Jain freely provided the pieces of information I was lacking. She educated me on what I am living with which encouraged me to feel hopeful. I felt empowered when she designed a diagram making sure I know improvement is possible. She provided me with multiple options to feel included in my own care. I felt she respected my fears and concerns. Dr. Jane never stop taking care of my husband. She called me three times from London while she was on vacation. She knows my husband's history, calls other specialists to make sure her care goes along with their care, reviews his chart and calls me for my husband to make sure we understand. We need more physicians like her who cares for their patients and following-up in detail. We appreciate her very much.
My appointment was only supposed to be for a consultation as I look for another portal just but after speaking with Dr. Jain I have decided to move forward. She listens, has patience and has a lot of knowledge on rheumatoid arthritis.
