Terrible customer service . I was waiting for over 10 mins after I told the lady I was here for eyebrow threading. She proceeded to clean up and ignore me when the next customer came in she sat them down immediately. Terrible customer service!! Would not recommend

I value my time, that’s why i make an appointment ahead of time. It says appointments have priority over walk ins and i still waited over 15 minutes after my appointment.
