My favorite nail shop in the Bay area. It doesn't matter who you pick here they all are good they take their time so if you don't feel like waiting 2 to 3 hours then don't go. I enjoy my time there. They don't rush you and you never have to wait. They just like taking their time. When you get a pedicure it will take longer than an hour so my friend stopped coming with me because she said that's too long. Went in today for what was supposed to be an acrylic removal + gel manicure. The guy that helped me started popping off my acrylics with a nail tip, after the second nail I told him it hurt and asked why he wasn't doing a soak off. He then said he could do a soak off, my real nail lifted and started bleeding after he was popping them off. He still charged me $15 for the removal and I left without a gel manicure and my nail aching. After I left, I realized I shouldn’t have paid for that. Ruby’s Nail Spa is my new favorite place for nails. Lisa and her staff really do an excellent job and give great service. I highly recommend this place!
