I have been going to Ruby’s Jewelers for watch batteries and incidental repairs, and getting to know Wayne & Amy Hsu and recognizing his attention to detail in his work! So when I needed a ring enlarged that is a treasure because of its beauty and because it was my mother’s favorite, I knew I could trust his advice and craftsmanship for the task! I highly recommend Ruby's Jewelers. Wayne and Amy are beyond sweet, kind and attentive. I brought my mother's ring to be resized and made into two rings, one for myself and one for my daughter, and Wayne did an outstanding job. Not only did he thoroughly clean it, but he fixed all the prongs and the two rings looked brand new. I will definitely be going back because I have my eye on an amethyst ring. I've been there twice for repairs .both times very happy. They are straightforward and extremely pleasant. My repairs both times less than a week. P.S..the pricing is very reasonable
The owner was very nice and honest. Recommended what he thought was the best for me. The jewelry repair was also good. I would go back for further repairs
Ruby’s is the best jeweler. The owners are beyond kind and very thorough about what will be done/needs to be done when i brought pieces in to be fixed. They have always finished my pieces before the time frame they have given me and they always come back better than i brought them in. They also made my engagement ring setting and did an amazing job. They make sure to get the job done and always make sure their customers are satisfied. I would not go to any other jeweler, they are truly the best.
