Best boutique in Cleveland! I have been living in Cleveland for almost 4 years now, however I just discovered Rubys! A woman at my Church recommended it to me when I told her I was having trouble finding a dress for my sons wedding. I went to Rubys and found the perfect dress, which turned heads all night! Not only that, but they made my life so much easier, I finished all my shopping that day, purchasing my handbag, shoes, and jewelry from there too. I will definitely be shopping there again.
