Pleasant surprise! – We tried Ruby Burritos for breakfast as we heard it was good. We were pleasantly surprised. It has mostly American breakfast but also some Mexican style breakfasts also. The service was good, the food was delicious, and the restaurant was clean. I got the heuvos rancheros, which was scrambled eggs with chirizo with tortillas and rice and beans.
