Great looking Diner. Best one on The Pacific Coast Highway. I like the upstairs for the ocean view. Service is friendly and fast.
Loved eating at Ruby's! :) We came in from Texas for vacation and took a quick trip down the coast to eat here and enjoyed it so much. We opted for the breakfast all day menu and the cinnamon french swirl cakes were so delicious, and the bacon made to perfection. We flushed that down with a couple malts which were heaven! Had the super burger.. The patty was cold and red, first off.. how the heck would you even think to serve that.. I can understand if the middle is still under cooked but this thing was cold and red still on the outside.. I didn't have to look at it for a second to notice it's not cooked.. and our server Liz, not a single refill.. or my sisters.. and just seemed rushed.. it wasn't a busy night.. don't I'll ever come back.
