For almost 2.5 weeks I have tried planning an event for my son at Ruby's. I called and asked some questions to regular staffing because the event coordinator you can ever get ahold of in a timely fashion. My sons party needs to be held in 2 weeks & I'm lucky if I can get questions answered in less than 48 hours, by email. She refuses to call customers, where if she would call all questions could be answered at once.
