Not sure what's going on. I spent $8.32 on what was supposed to be 2 oz of Wheatgrass and $6.97 on what was supposed to be 8oz of Zinger. I received 1.5 oz of Wheatgrass and almost 3 oz of Zinger. The dip container doesn't hold 8oz of liquid. I tried to call several times to see if these changed because I used to order them quite frequently a yr ago. The sandwich was good I think I'm good though.
Well I wanna say first that the reason this review is so low is because I have been here an hour and all I ordered is a smoothie. Still no smoothie. Management left this poor girl to work alone at lunch rush while they went shopping. If I had known I would have not ordered. I don’t not understand how this could be the wait time for smoothie and if this was my lunch break and had wasted the whole time waiting for an order I would be very upset. Really gone downhill since the new owners took over, the drinks are nowhere near as good and the service is not nearly as friendly or quick as it used to be. Also there’s just one poor employee trying her best to cook and make drinks, which means ordering anything takes forever.
I have given Ruby Juice 2 chances and will not give them a third. They’re supposed to open at 8am and I sat outside until 8:15 and had to leave to get to work on time. Today I went in at 10:00, nobody was in the restaurant, we stood for several minutes at the counter and could hear someone talking in the back. The young lady did look out to see us, but rather than saying I’ll be with you in a moment she continued on with her personal cell phone call and returned to the back.
