This was the perfect spot after a concert at The Knitting Factory. The room was clean, comfortable and as advertised. No frills, but also well kept. Know this motel is right next to the train track and has thin walls. I love that these spaces are being renovated instead of torn down. The charm outsized a bit of extra noise, and the walkability of downtown can’t be beat.
First, this is not a hotel, it's a motel. The room smelled a bit nasty, but otherwise clean. I asked for the room to be cleaned, including clean towels after the second night there. However, after an entire day in town, we came back to the room not being cleaned. Thankfully the front desk provided clean towels and more coffee pods. The train sound wasn't bad. We were warned about the noise and they even provided ear plugs, but we never used them. I wouldn't return.
Only stayed a night but everything was good. Was able to walk to and from downtown. Great location. The train was awesome to look at and it’s not loud. They also provided ear plugs as well! Will stay here again when I’m in spokane. Also the price was great.
Friendly and helpful staff. Discounted meal voucher for breakfast at a local restaurant. But, right next to the railroad tracks. Earplugs provided could be a little better quality. The right place if you want a budget friendly accommodation in downtown Spokane.
I enjoyed the stay. Lots of coolness. Last night, they had a projector on the wall of the parking lot showing the Jetsons and Flinstone cartoons! Super neat! The room was quiet. Trains were not that loud at all. Lots of artwork. Biggest complaint.. I'm not sure the duvet cover has been washed or changed..had to take it off the bed.. there were some"spots" that I couldn't deal with. Other wise. This place was great.
