This was honestly the worst medical experience I’ve ever had. Nurse Jade Bartoletti was really pushy about running a bunch of tests that didn’t seem necessary and kept suggesting new health issues without showing any real proof or explaining things clearly. It felt like she was more focused on ordering labs and medications than actually listening to what was going on with me. I was in a snowmobile accident, broke five bones, and transferred from Bozeman to Ruby Valley Medical Center for physical therapy. From the moment I arrived the staff was professional and friendly. Physical therapy was the focus of my stay and I’ll have to say that everyone in the department went above and beyond to make sure they gave me there all.
