I went to a business lunch today at Ruby's Tuesday and it turned out to be a mistake and not one to be repeated! Server was horrible it took 15 minutes to get our drinks and then she forgot mine. Which I had to remind her about halfway into my salad. There were only two other patrons in there, so it wasn't like she was busy. But, if that wasn't bad enough, she then got my order wrong. We ordered food for the whole family for dinner. My mom ordered the Hickory Salmon. Apparently they were out of salmon. Instead of calling and tell us they were out of salmon and offering her something of same value or less they just sent our food without her order. We all had food except for my mom. That's crazy. The cheesecake didn't have strawberries. My sons chicken strips were cooked so long you could chip a tooth on them. Super dissatisfied with this experience.
Cassey (hope I spelled it right) was attentive informative and relatable. I was having a horrible day and she managed to make it better. Excellent service excellent hospitality I will be back just because of her. 10/10 no notes
