They have went down in quality of the food and the restaurant was basically empty but she took a long time to return. This is my second visit and had a bad experience the first time at the Virginia Beach location. I will not be giving the restaurant anymore of my money
Their burgers were awesome and so were the fries… the waitress was very kind and friendly. If you like burgers you will like theirs. It was cold inside bring a jacket.
Starting with the food, the salad bar was not stocked. There was no lettuce, no carrots, nothing. They werent restocked until we mentioned it. The tomatoes were warm, the croutons were soft, the pumpkin seeds were not pumpkin seeds, the grapes were so dirty they made my brother’s plate brown! My brother’s Mac n Cheese was dry and cold in the middle- clearly reheated poorly. The service was not good either. Our waitress never refilled our drinks or cleared off our table.
