Restaurant is pretty dirty. There’s an inch of dust on everything. The windows are filthy. If that’s what the public can see I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. Clearly poor management.
I made the mistake of ordering the 6 oz ribeye, my son ordered the 12 oz ribeye. 12 oz ribeye was cooked perfectly to order and my son said it was delicious. Needless to say the 6 oz ribeye was a terrible cut of meat. I don't blame the cook, I don't think I could cook a quarter inch thick steak medium rare reliably either.
