*EDIT* 2/27/26 RUBY TUESDAY'S HAS GOTTEN A BIG FACELIFT! It was fairly busy, but we were sat right away. There seem to be some new menu items, my wife had gotten the cheesesteak and I got the onion smashburger. The kitchen was slow, but the service and the food were good. Definitely an improvement over our last several visits prior to the remodel. My wife drank all my tea. Thanks Wendy M for the friendly service! This place is slowly falling apart, they need to get their act together.

We’ve lived in New Freedom for over 8 yrs and have eaten at Ruby Tuesday plenty of times. In that time, there’s been two waitresses we’ve had that’s been rockstars; Emily (no longer there but always had color in her hair and nails done) and currently, Chloey P. Chloey is extremely personable, outgoing, funny yet professional, and makes you feel like one of her friends coming in for a visit.
