Have to travel almost an hour to get to the only Ruby Tuesdays left anywhere near me. Love the salad bar variety and the tender fall of the bone baby back ribs
Attempt was made to eat dinner at this location. Restaurant is closed at 7pm on a Friday night. There a 2 Ecolab Company Trucks in the parking lot and all of the lights are on inside the Restaurant. I looked up Ecolab and it is unsettling because of what that company deals with. Look for yourself and make a decision.
I will give 5 stars for service for John when he is there. Today...Irene at the front, seated us and neglected to let any waitress know. After 5 minutes , I asked for our waitress . she said she would let the waitperson know. 4 minutes later, we started walking out. I did ask for the a manager as we were leaving. Another waitress asked us if we were ok. I mentioned we were leaving because we had not had any service. she said she didn't know who was supposed to serve us as nobody had been notified in the back.
