Very poor customer service. They make you come inside for online CURBSIDE PICKUP. I chose to order here today because they offer curbside pickup. I chose it because I wasn’t safely able to go into a restaurant to order food. I called and was told to come inside. I said I had a curbside order. Come in and pickup. I had to leave my vehicle running and unlocked so my three dogs wouldn’t die in the 88 degree heat. Was there while an ex employee had a melt down seemingly, but my server Liz seemed to handle it with grace , and kept processional. Good food, and live entertainment
Sat down for dinner, waited 15 minutes and couldn't get a server to even take a drink order so we left. Hostess couldn't get us the right number of menus. Wait, staff standing around there were maybe 7 tables occupied. We went next to Mama Maria’s much better choice.
If you haven’t been to Rugy Tuesday for a while, they’ve refreshed their menu. We Had a coupon and it wasn’t super busy. I got grilled salmon, it was hot, fresh and nicely portioned. My friend got the shrimp scampi and was very well prepared. We didn’t get the salad bar but it looked fresh and appaealing. I would of got it for lunch but this was dinner and the entree portions were perfect. We will be back! Service was fast and friendly.
Came into Ruby’s with my sisters yesterday… had a great experience got the today burger sale(?) Elizabeth was so accommodating for my gluten allergy and even found me gluten free side options for the sale
