The Culpeper Ruby Tuesday is the best one we have been to in the area. Several years ago Amanda started managing the restaurant. Before then the restaurant experience was hit or miss. Amanda and the servers really turned the restaurant around and now it’s great place for the atmosphere and food. I highly recommend Ruby Tuesday for casual dining or celebration event.
Restaurant is pretty dirty. There’s an inch of dust on everything. The windows are filthy. If that’s what the public can see I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. Clearly poor management.
I made the mistake of ordering the 6 oz ribeye, my son ordered the 12 oz ribeye. 12 oz ribeye was cooked perfectly to order and my son said it was delicious. Needless to say the 6 oz ribeye was a terrible cut of meat. I don't blame the cook, I don't think I could cook a quarter inch thick steak medium rare reliably either.
