The wait time was awlful and they were not busy. It was around 2 PM. The waitress took our order. She didn’t bring our food to us Believe it was the bartender. Asked for more sour cream. he said sure. Never got it. Had to go get it and also had to get our refills on drinks. The first time I was not happy neither. Said I would try it again. Second time and will never go back again. Got our bill and my husband had to go pay for it. She never came after it.
I walked into Ruby Tuesday hoping for a nice meal and maybe a little nostalgia. Instead, I got what felt like a live episode of Kitchen Nightmares (no Gordon Ramsay included). The salad bar looked like it had survived the apocalypse — a few lonely cherry tomatoes and some lettuce that had clearly seen things. My burger was so overcooked it could’ve been used as a hockey puck, and the fries were cold enough to qualify as an ice pack. The table were nasty. The booth seats were broken and the salt and pepper shakers were nasty it looked like rust or old food around the tops. I could tell that they hadn't been cleaned in a long time.
Their burgers were awesome and so were the fries… the waitress was very kind and friendly. If you like burgers you will like theirs. It was cold inside bring a jacket.
