Cold food bathroom smell horrible like something backed up...written a letter to customers service 😑 they said they will email me a gift card never received it.this store went down a lot I use to love Plymouth meeting location. Smh
I hadn't had Ruby Tuesday in years!!! I was visiting from out of town and I went to this location. The waiter was awesome and the food delicious!
We were served burnt food and wrong drinks horrible experience. Manager try to tell me it's always burnt I was there last month and it wasn't burnt my granddaughter tacos wasn't burnt.the salmon left the burnt taste in your mouth horrible Plymouth meeting chemical road
