I’m waiting. It was friendly and attentive. Food came out. Hot delicious and the service was great.
Lulu gave excellent customer service .She is very knowledgeable and kind. We had a wonderful experience here at Ruby Tuesdays.

I waited over 10 minutes for the server to take my order and I had to get her attention. It wasn't busy. The restaurant was practically empty. Before I left, she put dirty dishes from another table on my table while she swept and I was still seated there. Unprofessional customer service.
