We come to visit Nicole at least once a month at the bar! She’s funny, outgoing and can hold a conversation with the entire bar. But, yesterday was a little different. The poor girl was making drinks for the bar, the servers, taking tables and answering the phone. She needed a beer change and went in the back, when she came out you could clearly see that something changed! I usually love ruby tuesdays but this was just sad, only went because it’s walking distance from the hotel. Salad bar tasted like everything had been sitting out all day, servers were on there phone and forgot about us, gave us plastic forks and knives, thought it would be a quick cheap bite of food then see a $50 bill for 2 people

Had a really great experience at Ruby Tuesday thanks to our waitress, Nicole! She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything came out exactly right. She checked on us regularly without being overbearing and had such a positive attitude the whole time. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious, and the service made the visit even better. Nicole truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We’ll definitely be back!
