The atmosphere was great. Andrew, our waiter, was on the ball and terrific. The 4 Star rating was for the cuts of steak. Considering the high price, the steaks were quite fatty and hard to cut through. I don't know where Ruby Tuesday gets their beef but it sure wasn't cut on-site. The company may want to fix that, otherwise they should lower the price of their steaks.
