My wife and I have gone often since it's open. Now, It has hit an all time low. In the last few months most of our meals have been over cooked and tough. The last visit my chicken was over cooked and smelled like fish, couldn't finish it. It was cooked in old oil. I told the waitress thinking she would tell the manager, she didn't and he never came to our table to address the issue. I get 3 dollar BOGO'S in my email. I don't think I'll ever go back. Had a nice steak and side. Salad bar has a good variety.
My experience at this Ruby Tuesday ruined my birthday. The waitress (Im not sure she provided her name) was not attentive at all. We were a party of 5 adults and 3 little ones. I was really looking forward to enjoying a salad and a meal on my birthday. My neice asked for plastic utensils (less hazardous for the kids) they arrived when our meal was more than half complete.
