I had a great experience at Ruby Tuesday in Clinton! I especially want to recognize Amber, the manager, and Jasmine, the bartender, for providing such amazing service. They were both friendly, welcoming, attentive, and made sure I was taken care of throughout my visit. Jasmine provided excellent service at the bar, and Amber made sure everything went smoothly. The food is usually good. Its the customer service that is non existant. When you walk in there is rarely a greeter at the door and a big sign that says go to the bar for TOGO orders but nobody is ever servicing the bar so what is the point. Everybody walks right past you and does not even speak nor inquire if you need any help. They can be sitting at a table next to the bar stuffing napkins and wont part thier lips.
