Hello all, I went there for lunch on Tuesday June 16. First the menu was dirty, definitely should have been wiped off with a sanitized napkin. The server was amazing. I believe his name was Darryl. I ordered the ribs and shrimp platter with tots. Whomever was on the fry station was on point. The ribs on the other hand, were unseasoned, overcooked and dry. Our server Jasmine was very friendly and accommodating. We came in Friday, June 12 around 11:30 or so. The young man who showed us to our seats was very friendly, as well. The salad dressing was quite tasteless to me. I tried the Thousand Island dressing. I thought the sweet tea was also quite tasteless. I liked the peach tea much better.
The restaurant has foul odor when you walk in like carpet needs to be cleaned or replaced. Carpet is very dirty. Salad bar had old lettuce, not fresh, tomatoes and other veggies not fresh. Pasta salads looked thrown together. The salad bar should be maintained throughout the day and items replaced as necessary. We ordered catfish combo, fish had fishy smell; not fresh, dried up. Just want to give a special thanks to mark the bartender today and the whole Ruby’s Tuesday team. Mark was handling bar beverages, waiting tables, and doing takeout orders on an extremely busy day. The manager and the entire team were flying around getting the job done. Food was excellent and service. My favorite place, thank you
