Ordered a cowboy burger for pickup tonight. I only live 2 minutes away. By the time I got home the bottom bun was so wet it disintegrated. Ok, I figured I'd cut it up and eat it. I requested a medium rare burger. The burger was charred everywhere. It was not pink anywhere. Tasted terrible. I threw it away. Done with Ruby Tuesday. Zero stars for this meal.
We enjoyed lunch here recently. We were greeted by Aaliyah and seated promptly. Jason was our server and he was very attentive. Actually, all of the employees were very nice and appeared to be very good at their positions. So much so, that I told the shift manager about them. We had been here a few times since we’ve lived in Suffolk. The food and service have gotten better in recent years. Happy about that. Hubby liked his fried catfish with shrimp. I had the salad bar which is always good.
Food was awful, staff was great, place is dirty
My wife got the smokehouse burger and said it was phenomenally. I got the cheesesteak and it was average at best. They put enough meat on it for half the amount of bread. The ratio was way off, but it tasted okay. Service was excellent though. A little expensive for the quality of food, but affordable overall.
