Drove 45 minutes to eat specifically at Ruby Tuesday for our Anniversary. Went on a lunch date around noon. It wasn't even open. Just had a note on the door saying we could order food Togo. Extremely disappointed
The waiters took a long time to get to us they need more people

Would've given a real rating in food if I ever get it... 45 mins and counting... Received food very late, it was so unorganized they brought my daughters food out twice which was nothing more than box mac and cheese, my fried shrimp didn't even look like shrimp, they looked like they came out of a Gordon's box. Also my steak was undercooked when asked for medium it was more rare and it would be easy for a cook to do that based on how thin the cut of meat is.
