They were slow to even figure out I was there to pick up my online order and there was no signage to tell me where to pick it up. Staff was friendly, though, and the food was good.
Was at the Ruby Tuesday's on Urban dale Ia on Friday May 1st 2026. It was a very good service , foods and atmosphere. I highly recommend this Restaurant.
I ordered a steak medium and I got well so then they fixed it and it was wrong again undercooked and then I preferred a ribeye and it was obviously not a ribeye it was more like a breakfast steak so don’t go here
