Had not been to Ruby Tuesday in several years. Was there last night for a small Birthday party and the food was terrible. Two of us ordered the Top Sirlion "medium", both came looking like a round "meat ball" with a lot of fat and gristle, tough enough their steak knifes would barely cut small pieces and completely rare on the inside. Another person ordered the Cajun Chicken Pasta and the chicken was tough and way under cooked. The Baked Potatoes were small and had the skin burnt black. Ruby Tuesdays is one of our favorite spots. We have had Michelle serve us a few times and she is always friendly, funny, efficient, and sweet!! The garden bar tonight was super fresh, we all enjoy the lighting and atmosphere. Tonight all five of us thought our food was made to perfection! Kudos to the kitchen staff and waitresses!

My family and I ate here on a slow Friday afternoon. The waitresses all seemed to be in a hurry despite the lack of patrons. I was given the payment machine to pay even before I was finished with my meal. We ordered and were left completely alone until I guess they wanted paid. I was not impressed with the staff, but the salad bar was okay. Not in any hurry myself to go back.

Probably the worst meal I’ve ever had in a restaurant. I ordered the Cajun seafood meal, which comes with blackened tilapia and shrimp. What was supposed to be rice pilaf and was just plain rice and Sautéed zucchini. It was one of the saltiestthings I’ve ever tasted. the zucchini tasted like it was fried up in three day old fry grease. the place was steady but not busy, but I waited at the host stand for more than 10 minutes. DoorDasher - Had an order to pick up by 9:45. I arrived at 9:39 but, despite advertising being open until 10PM, the doors were locked, the parking lot was empty, and the lights were off. Customer was pretty pissed off and I lost the opportunity to make money, too.
