It was not a good experience. The waiter arrived 1 minute before the time I had set we would leave if they didn't take our order, it had been about 15 min when I said 5 more minutes. I should have left. The window dressing was missing and the hot evening sun had us baking, the air wasn't keeping up The food took an hour to arrive after this point. VERY disappointed! Ordered steaks medium rare and they came out way overcooked. The “endless” salad bar was about 1/3 empty and they didn’t refill it the whole time we were there. The only saving grace was our super sweet server! The service was great!

I miss being close to a RT. Love the salad bar and our server was amazing!
I remember when Ruby Tuesday was a new experience. Awesome salad bar, good food value and a pleasant atmosphere. Unfortunately, after 25 years, the atmosphere is the same - old, tired and worn down. The salad bar, while good, is a fraction of what it use to be and the good food value is no longer a staple of this franchise (like most others in the chain resturant industry).
