Bathroom needed attention. Booth seat was broken. Food was over cooked. Order was not correct.
Went to the restaurant in Newport Tn.. I’m a senior that don’t go out to eat often and this was suppose to be a treat .. horrible experience.. air conditioning was out. Ordered a New York strip that was all grizzle and dry, couldn’t even eat it. Only positive was salad bar was good and baked potato though on the small side was fresh.. never will I go back ..
Eliza, is efficient, prompt and kind. The food is great, Bogo deals on Rewards are amazing. We had drinks too! Cold and served promptly.
