Update...... since the below, the owner reached out to me and made it right. I dont give many reviews like this one but i am honest. Within the same day the owner replied and reached out via email and has provided a voucher to revisit this store (i will eat something else). Thank you for your great service here. I drove over from Ocean Springs to eat their new shrimp scampi, it was bland, the lemon is in the butter thats all I could taste. We love Ruby Tuesday! Our favorite server, Reaghan, always goes above and beyond. She never writes our orders down and we have never had a wrong order. Warm and welcoming atmosphere and the food is always great!
