09/27/2026 Got email from ruby tues but nothing since... 09/22/2026.. App order.. still waited 25 minutes.. BOTH STEAKS BURNT.. ASKED FOR MEDIUM WELL DONE. Stay and I got the BOGO rib eye steak and sirloin with baked potato.. pick up app order.. utensils, sour cream, butter, napkin, A1 sauce included.. no salt or pepper..
To say the least, you don't go to restaurant hungry and leave hungry. I understand staff have to train but making a multitude of mistakes and the customer still having to pay full price is unfair. Myself, My daughter, and sister are very unimpressed. We were missing multiple entrees, food was cooked incorrectly, and drinks were made poorly. This was a horrible end to my night.
Great service and very friendly
