Charlie in Lenoir City is awesome. She is always professional and helpful. She is always smiling and cheerful.
The menu is more like a recipe for diabetes than it is anything else. The service is atrocious, and my steak, if you could even call it that, came out well done after I ordered it cooked medium. She requested it be remade, but after waiting 20 minutes, I just walked out. I can see why this chain is going broke.
