My wife used to eat at the Ruby Tuesdays in Inverness. But as of late, we have avoided it because of service issues. On 7/4/2026 my wife and I decided to give them another try, so when we first walked in, we noticed it was a little warm in there, we waited about 5 minutes for someone to greet us and set us. When we first sat down, I noticed 3 tables that has not been clean off, and after another 5 minutes a waitress showed up and took our drink orders. Louis the manager and precious the waitress at this location are both great! They both went above and beyond to help my family and we will definitely be back again.
